Richard K. Blum

Rick Blum is the President of the
Kingsley Group. Mr. Blum has provided financial consulting services and
interim management services to a variety of firms across numerous
industries for over 25 years. Mr. Blum has held the position of CEO, CFO
and interim CEO/CFO. In addition to his corporate consulting and interim
management roles, Mr. Blum has also provided financial advisory, forensic
accounting, valuation, and restructuring services throughout the southern
United States. He has been qualified as an expert in federal, state and
bankruptcy courts. Mr. Blum is frequently requested to speak to civic,
industry and academic groups on financial advisory topics. Mr. Blum holds
an MBA degree in Finance and General Management from the Freeman School
at Tulane University. He obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree
from Tulane University. Mr. Blum is also a Registered Professional
Engineer. Mr. Blum is also a registered Professional Engineer (PE),
member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and member of
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (AFCE) and Association for
Corporate Growth (ACG). Mr. Blum
is actively involved in civic, professional, charitable and academic
organizations.

JC Eustis has
worked with Kingsley Group as a consultant and analyst on projects across
many industries and with firms in many different situations since 2007. He
has experience in turnaround consulting, planning and strategy,
accounting and controllership, financial analysis, forecasting and
modeling, corporate policies and procedures, human resources management,
merger & acquisition, business valuation, forensic accounting,
computer and network implementation and management, software
implementation and training (accounting/MRP systems), data management,
and resource allocation. Mr. Eustis holds an MBA degree from the Joseph
A. Butt, S. J. College of Business at Loyola University New Orleans, with
focus on systems theory and process improvement. He obtained a Bachelor
of Science degree in Finance from the E. J. Ourso
College of Business at Louisiana State University.
