Richard K. Blum, KCG founder, president and principal consultant, is a specialist in cost accounting system design and implementation with specific expertise in the healthcare, hospitality, construction, transportation, environmental, legal and professional services industries. He has more than 20 years of extensive management experience, including 15 years as Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Blum has managed projects ranging from market analysis studies to complex mergers and acquisitions. His demonstrated proficiency, when combined with experience in operating a multi-million dollar small business, gives Mr. Blum an added dimension as consultant to management. 

Richard K. Blum has an M.B.A. in finance and general management from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Mr. Blum has been accepted and qualified as an expert in forensic accounting in the United States Bankruptcy Court. He is also a registered professional engineer in Louisiana. Mr. Blum is active in many civic, professional and charitable organizations.
